The surprisingly spacious open-plan sitting room incorporates dining and has a sociably open-plan kitchen allowing the conversation to flow: Wi-fi and a 32-inch smart TV.
There is a cast iron gas stove for chilly days and French doors opening onto the verandah overlooking the lake. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds.
The bathroom/WC has a large separate shower cubicle with a seat and handrail.
A private fishing platform by the verandah plus bank fishing is suitable for wheelchair users.
This cabin is on a smaller private pond with regular visitors; Herons and the Kingfishers.

Our property can be a little difficult to find using GPS. Take the Allerthorpe exit from the roundabout @ A1079, and shortly turn left at the sign "Chicory Farm". (it can be hard to see when the hedgerow is overgrown!)
Following the road to the right, you will pass through an open gate. Stay to the right and drive over the weighbridge that makes a noise as you drive over, there will be a small storage shed to your right. Now stay to the right following the lane that runs along the Paddock. gently sway to the left and your cabin is right in front of you called Wigeon.
The key will be in the front door, left open.
